Senior Project Manager

Scott Edwards Architecture is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our staff.

For the position of Senior Project Manager we are seeking a candidate with strong design and technical skills, augmented by a proven ability to successfully lead a team, coordinate multiple consultants, and communicate professionally and effectively with our clients.

Only resumes supporting the following qualifications and experience will be considered:

• Architectural degree from an accredited school.
• 15+ years professional experience in design and construction document production. Diversity in project experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of building and zoning code review with experience in securing clearances and drawing approval from municipal agencies
• CA experience including review of contractor payment requests, schedules & change orders, attending regular site meetings, issuing site note, RFI responses, and show drawing reviews.
• Work with production team to complete thorough and concise construction documents utilizing a full suite of advanced technology to aid in design, communication and management. Strong proficiency in Revit is required with skill in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp preferred.
