Experienced Project Manager Needed
Pinnacle Architecture is seeking a Project Manager who thrives on collaboration, organization, and relationship-building. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys guiding teams and clients through complex projects while keeping schedules, budgets, and people aligned. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project teams, supporting projects that meaningfully improve community wellbeing across Oregon.

Skills and Experience That Support Success in This Role
- Interested in contributing to projects that improve quality of life, equity, and community wellbeing.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted client advisor throughout all project phases.
- Comfortable leading, motivating, and coordinating multiple project teams and consultants.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Deep understanding of construction documents, specifications, and construction methodologies; able to review work quality and coordinate technical issues.
- Experience preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and consultant agreements.
- Architecture or Interior Design degree from a college or university; NAAB-accredited degree preferred for architects.
- Oregon architecture license or interior design certification preferred, but not required.
- Typically, 10 or more years of relevant project management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education.
- Experience managing complex projects with construction values up to $20 million.
- Depth of experience in at least two of these market types: affordable housing, behavioral health, healthcare, civic, or senior living.
Work Location and Flexibility
This position is based in our Portland office and includes travel throughout Oregon as needed for project and client support. We offer the option to work remotely up to four days per week, depending on project needs and team coordination. Flexible schedules and work-life integration are an important part of our culture. Could also be located in other areas outside of Central Oregon for the right candidate.

This position has an annual salary range of $98,000–$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
