    Background

I am an architect with a degree from the University of Oregon, and over 20 years of professional experience specializing in Construction Administration, Specifications/ Product Research, Quality Control/ Assurance, and Project Management for a variety of affordable housing, educational, healthcare, facilities and market rate housing projects in California and Oregon. I have plenty of experience leading teams through the building process, and I enjoy working with contractors and tradespeople. I am particularly good at creative problem solving on the fly, keeping complex projects on schedule and moving forward. I am comfortable managing consultants and junior staff. My recent work includes Owner's Representation and Construction Management. I would like to pick up more Revit and rendering skills.
