    Scott McLeod AIA NCARB is an Architect living and working in the Pacific North-West. He has twelve years’ experience working in the architecture and design industry and is a licensed Architect in the state of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (www.aia.org) and is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (www.ncarb.org) allowing reciprocity to practice architecture across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. Scott is passionate about providing quality design solutions while working within budget and time constraints. He believes a successful project is one built upon a strong relationship with his clients, where a relentless focus is given to continually fulfill the needs and desires of the client throughout the design and building process. He recognizes the importance of abiding by and working with governing authorities and environmental agencies to successfully execute a project. He is diligent in following local development codes, design guidelines, the international building code, accessibility standards and the state energy code. Throughout Scott’s career, his experience as a project architect and as a design team member on a diverse variety of project sizes and types, Scott has gained a broad understanding of building materials and systems, sustainability techniques and construction administration. His most notably project experience includes single-family home design, multi-family high rise, tenant improvement for retail businesses, hospitality and sports facilities.
