    Background

    Moved from Mexico to Portland, OR in August 2019, got my Construction Management AAS from Portland Community College. Back in Mexico got my Architecture's Degree and Construction Management's Master's Degree and Specialization degree. I have worked in the design and construction industry since 2003. I am an experienced project manager with a strong attitude towards teamwork and leadership. Over all my years I have worked with so many different teams, subcontractors, and clients directly. I am 100% focused on the 3 main aspects of a project, Time, Cost and Quality.

      Designed and managed Residential project "Casa Pradera" through the coordination of work teams on-site and responsible for the delivery and maintenance.

      Interior design for the clothing store Bruna Garcia. Since developing the blueprints, managed meetings with the client, planned the project execution and project management.
      Elaborated the architectural design, coordinated engineering plans, permits, and special installations for the project CAPUFE's Headquarters remodel. CAPUFE (Caminos y Puentes Federales) is Mexico's Federal agency responsible for the construction of federal roads and bridges.
      Consultant in the process and development of the mixed-used building "Los Girasoles".
      Coordinated the construction of 5 schools in collaboration with a construction company.
      Designed and management of the residential project "Casa Puebla Blanca", coordinating the work teams and managing the budget, the project schedule, and quality control.
      Developed the blueprints and design of the project "Casa Valsequillo" and housing building "Residencial Anthea".
      Obtained building and construction permits through municipal townships in several projects.
      Responsible for the design and blueprints development in Residential, Commercial, Used-mixed and Offices projects.

      Consultant Project Manager in Vitro Corporation manufacturing processes projects. Vitro is the largest glass producer in Mexico and one of the world's largest organizations in the Glass Industry. Project Management team leader worked in 3 business units: Architectural Glass, Automotive Glass, and Glass containers.
