This role is suited for a project ready architect who is growing into leadership and is capable of coordinating teams, advancing both design and technical delivery, and supporting the growth of others.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and contribute to design across all phases from concept through construction administration
  • Develop and oversee construction documents and technical coordination using Revit and BIM
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants
  • Support and contribute to client presentations and visual communication using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to project delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in technical development and project approach
  • Ensure alignment with codes, building systems, and project requirements

What You Bring

  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • 5 to 8 years of experience across all phases of architectural practice
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and detailing
  • Experience with construction documents, coordination, and construction administration
  • Familiarity with project management processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Licensure preferred
