Oh planning+design, architecture (OHPD) is seeking a creative and ambitious licensed project architect with 7+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Position Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of architectural projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project success
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Oversee consultant coordination and maintain project schedules and deliverables
- Contribute to the design process with strong graphic and rendering skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of professional architectural experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- Licensed Architect (LEED AP a plus)
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong experience in commercial projects
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the work.
- Effective communicator: articulate and patient.
